2012 RENEWALS (NOVEMBER 1, 2011 - DECEMBER 31, 2011)
Grace Period: January 1, 2012 - March 1, 2012
To renew your license/permit/registration for 2012, you will be required to do so through our secure website using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card (same as last year).
Again this year you will be required to print your own 2012 certificate. 2012 renewal certificates WILL NOT be mailed from the NC Board of Pharmacy office. At the end of your online renewal session you will be prompted to print your certificate and your receipt.
To renew, simply select the appropriate link from the list below. Once there, you will be prompted to enter your license/registration/permit number and your PIN. Once you are logged in to the main menu, click on Renew and follow the instructions.
