2016 RENEWAL PERIOD (NOVEMBER 1, 2015 - DECEMBER 31, 2015)
Grace Period: January 1, 2016 - March 1, 2016

To renew your license/permit/registration for 2016, you are required to do so through our secure website using a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card. THE BOARD DOES NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS.

You are required to print your own 2016 certificate. At the end of your online renewal session you will be prompted to print your certificate and your receipt.

To renew, simply select the appropriate link from the list below. Once there, you will be prompted to enter your license/registration/permit number and your PIN. Once you are logged in to the main menu, click on Renew and follow the instructions.

PHARMACISTS - PLEASE NOTE:

Pharmacists who administer vaccines must confirm or indicate their status as an immunizing pharmacist on the renewal application. State law requires that all immunizing pharmacists notify the Board of that status.


NCBOP Refund Policy: No refunds are given online for credit card transactions. If you feel you are in need of a refund due to a processing error, please contact the Board office at 919.246.1050.
