DME SUBCOMMITTEE ELECTION BEGINS JUNE 1, 2015 - DME PERMIT HOLDERS MAY VOTE NOW

Election for Rehabilitation Technology Supplier Subcommittee Seat.
The NC Board of Pharmacy DME Subcommittee is holding an election for the Rehabilitation Technology Supplier representative seat. This seat is presently held by DME Subcommittee member Edward Dressen, who is seeking a second term on the committee and is running unopposed (see below).

All North Carolina DME permit holders residing in the state as of March 15, 2015 are eligible to vote.

Mr. Dressen has over 35 years of home medical equipment (HME) experience, with over 30 years in HME management and currently he owns his own HME/Rehab Company in Holly Springs, NC.   As a manager/owner of regional, national, and hospital-based HME/Rehab companies, Mr. Dressen has a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of HME/Rehab operations.

He has served as President of the North Carolina Association of Medical Equipment Services (NCAMES) and is currently serving as Past-President.  In addition, Mr. Dressen served as President of the Illinois Association of Medical Equipment Suppliers (IAMES).  Mr. Dressen is results oriented, bringing with him a history of proven results in areas of revenue growth, expense control, logistics and operational compliance.  Also, he is a HME/Rehab/Fitter Services surveyor with the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).
