**ATTENTION ALL APPLICANTS: REGISTER NOW THROUGH THE BOARD'S NEW GATEWAY TO ACCESS ALL APPLICATIONS**

 

 

RECIPROCITY STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS

 

Effective 9/29/2015, pharmacists wishing to reciprocate their licenses to North Carolina will NOT be required to appear in person at the Board office.

Also effective 9/29/2015, a California licensee who passed the NAPLEX on or after January 1, 2004 will be eligible to proceed through the reciprocity process in North Carolina.

All eligible Reciprocity candidates will be licensed weekly, on Thursdays. Please reference the timeline below for specifics.

RECIPROCITY RESOURCES

 

Reciprocity Application Effective August 30, 2017 - All new applicants must first register through the Board's Gateway to create a user name and password. The Gateway allows access to all applications.

You may visit the North Carolina Association of Pharmacists' website at www.ncpharmacists.org to take additional courses to prepare for the MPJE. The NC Board does not endorse any particular preparatory course or take any position on whether such a course is needed or advisable.
