2014 Board Election - Paper Ballot Requests
Northeastern and Central Districts

The election is being held electronically again this year and you are strongly encouraged to vote online between April 14, 2014 and May 15, 2014.

Alternatively, pharmacists may request a paper ballot by notifying the Board in writing on or before April 20, 2014.

To request a paper ballot, please send a fax, letter, or email to the Board and include your name, license number, and home address. Again, written requests for a paper ballot MUST ACTUALLY BE RECEIVED BY THE BOARD ON OR BEFORE APRIL 20, 2014.
