COMPLAINTS TO THE BOARD OF PHARMACY

 

Q: How do I file a complaint against a pharmacist, pharmacy technician, pharmacy, or durable medical equipment facility?

A: The most efficient means of filing a complaint with the Board of Pharmacy is to use the Board’s online complaint submission system, found here:  Board of Pharmacy Complaint Submission System.

You may also call the Board office during normal business hours at (919) 246-1050 and Board staff will assist you with getting a complaint filed.
