Meetings of the NC Board of Pharmacy

Unless otherwise noted, Board Meetings are on the second Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November in the Board's Chapel Hill office. Meetings are open to the public except during the time when the Board Members are in closed session deliberating a decision for a disciplinary action.

Upcoming Board Meetings:

  • March 17, 2026: The March 2026 meeting will be moved to the third week to avoid travel conflicts. There will be a public hearing at 9AM to consider the proposed adoption of 21 NCAC 46.2517 (details here), followed by the regular Board business meeting beginning at 10AM. The agenda is linked below.

  • May 19, 2026: The May 2026 meeting will be moved to the third week to avoid travel conflicts with the NABP Annual Meeting.

  • July 14, 2026

  • September 8, 2026

  • November 10, 2026
